Do you charge for quotes?
Never. Our site visits and written quotations for tree surgery are free and without obligation. Please note: London Tree Surveys do carry a fee, which we will discuss with you upfront.
How quickly can you come out?
If a site visit is necessary, we aim to visit your property for a quote within 2-3 days of your contact. Once you accept the quote, our large capacity (11 teams) means we can typically book the work in within 2 weeks, or sooner if it’s urgent. If your tree/s are in a conservation area or have a TPO, we won’t be able to carry out any tree work until permission is granted by your local council or planning authority.
Do I need to be in when you visit?
It helps if you are there to explain exactly what you want, but if access is open (e.g., a side gate), we can visit while you are at work and email the quote to you afterwards.
